KIEV, Sept. 19 – The EU accident report form, which is being introduced in Ukraine from Sept. 19, 2011, will work in full on the insurance market in early 2013, President of Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU), Volodymyr Romanishyn, said at a press conference last week in Kiev.

He said that by that time, all owners of vehicles would have polices for obligatory insurance of vehicle owners' civil liability to third parties (OSAGO) in a new form.
