MOSCOW, Sept. 3 - Standard & Poor's Rating Services on Thursday revised its outlook on Ukraine-based Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Social Development Ukrsotsbank (USB) to developing from stable, reads an S&P press release.

At the same time, the 'B-' long-term and 'C' short-term ratings on the bank were affirmed.
