Ukraine may hike LNG terminal capacity if talks with Russia fail

KIEV, Sept. 16 - Ukraine may boost the capacity of its planned liquified natural gas (LNG) terminal on the Black Sea if natural gas talks with Russia fail to produce a compromise on prices and supply volumes, an official said Friday.

Vladyslav Kaskiv, the head of the State Investment and National Projects Management Agency, which handles the terminal project, said decision on terminal capacity will be political.
