KIEV, Sept. 16 – The government late on Thursday submitted a 2012 draft national budget to Parliament with a revenue target of UAH 337.56 billion and a deficit of UAH 24.13 billion.

An explanatory note to the draft says that it was drawn up taking into account the forecast growth of real GDP of 5% and nominal GDP of 16.6%, to UAH 1.505 trillion.

Taking the GDP forecast into account, the deficit of the budget for 2012 equals to 1.6% of GDP.
