KIEV, Sept. 15 - President Viktor Yanukovych on Thursday threatened to reshuffle the government if it fails to quickly address and fix international criticism of the way it handles Kyoto Protocol projects.
Yanukovych, addressing Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and First Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev at a government meeting, spoke as a key U.N. panel is about to decide whether to ban Ukraine from trading carbon credits.
