KIEV, Sept. 15 – The government is planning to invest UAH 19 billion of extra-budgetary funds on energy saving projects in 2012, said Andriy Kliuyev first deputy prime minister and economy minister, during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"We're planning to invest UAH 19 billion into innovative energy saving projects in 2012," he said.

According to Kliuyev, as a result of the implementation of the program, it is expected that technical expenditures and non-production losses of energy sources will be cut by more than 4%.
