KIEV, Sept. 12 – Flight attendants working for the Kiev-based AeroSvit airline are to launch a strike at 0001 on September 28 in protest of what they say are violations of their social and economic rights.

According to a press release issued by the strike committee, in particular, the cause of the labor dispute is the lack of proper conditions for work, irregular payment of salaries in full, and the non-payment of daily subsistence allowance and seniority benefits payments for work in the civil aviation industry.
