KIEV, Sept. 8 - Canada's 3P International Energy Corp. announced it has closed the acquisition of Ukraine's Tysagaz for $17 million, subject to working capital adjustments.

The deal was announced on May 24.

Tysagaz is an operating company in Western Ukraine with all required permits, technical and human resources for oil and gas exploration, production and marketing. The company's head office is located in Uzhgorod (the regional center of Zakarpattia region). The company was established in order to explore and develop natural gas properties in Zakarpattia region of Western Ukraine.
