KIEV, Sept. 5 – Former Naftogaz Ukrayiny First Deputy Chairman Ihor Didenko has been released from custody according to a court verdict.
Didenko got into a jeep and left the building of Kiev's Pechersky District Court on Monday.
Until his trial verdict comes into force, the measure of restraint for him has been changed from detention to a travel ban. The sentence will come into force after 15 days if it is not appealed against in the prescribed manner by the prosecution or the defense.
