KIEV, Sept. 1 - Ukraine's Higher Economic Court has put off hearings on the lawfulness of the sale of an 18.296% stake in closed JSC UkrTatNafta (Poltava region) until Sept. 6.

The case should have been examined in August, First Deputy Energy Minister and Naftogaz CEO Oleksiy Ivchenko told reporters, according to Interfax-Ukraine.
