KIEV, Sept. 2 – Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has closed its case against fuel importer Livela company (Poltava region) in connection with the company's liquidation on March 9, according to AMC First Deputy Chairman Rafael Kuzmin.

"As was revealed during the consideration of the case, the company was undergoing the liquidation procedure and, according to the state registrar, Livela was liquidated on March 9, 2011," Kuzmin said during an online conference on the LigaBusinessInform portal on Friday.
