KIEV, Aug. 29 - Agrarian Policy and Food Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk says he hopes that Parliament will lift grain export duties early in September.

"We plan to draw up [a proposal to cancel export duties on grain] by the second or third [of September] and a decision should be made by the sixth or seventh," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
