KIEV, Aug. 29 – Ukrnafta, Ukraine's largest oil producing company, has hired two companies to conduct 3D seismic prospecting via a plane-table survey at six hydrocarbon deposits in Lviv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava and Kharkiv regions.

State-run geophysical enterprise Ukrgeofizika and Vikoil Ltd. (both Kiev-based) won Ukrnafta's tender, according to an announcement in the Visnyk Derzhavnykh Zakupivel state procurement bulletin.

Ukrgeofizika will provide prospecting services worth UAH 2.7 million at Koziyevsky oil deposit in Kharkiv region, UAH 2.7 million at Skorokhodsky oil condensate deposit in Chernihiv region, and UAH 2.4 million at Starosamborsky oil deposit in Lviv region.
