KIEV, Aug. 29 – Yuriy Sukhov, a lawyer for former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, insists that part of the materials of the gas supply contract case have disappeared.

"If the investigator put those materials somewhere, than only not to the criminal case, because the next volumes are the volumes of the court, and the investigator has no way of attaching the materials of the case to the volumes of the court," he told reporters on Monday.
