KIEV, Aug. 26 - Ukraine’s state-owned oil and gas company ChornomorNaftoGaz announced a tender to buy a new self-elevating offshore drilling rig to expand development of oil and gas deposits in the Black Sea.

The bids should be submitted before September 21, according to a posting on the company’s website.

The winner should be able to deliver the offshore drilling rig to the Black Sea not later than December 31, 2012, according to the tender conditions.

The price of the new rig should also include costs of transportation, pre-commissioning works and commissioning of the rig.
