DONETSK, Aug. 31 - Zasiadko Mine lease enterprise (Donetsk) is planning this year to commission one of three power generating units using methane received from degassing coal beds.

In terms of the volume of mine methane and the reduction of releases into atmosphere (3.8 million tons) this project is the biggest in the world, a company representative told journalists in Donetsk.
