MOSCOW, Aug. 23 – The PayPal international payment system will next month start transferring money to Ukraine and Russia, according to a report by PayPal.

New tariffs for remittances that will take effect from September 24 have been posted on the payment system's Web site. Ukraine and Russia are mentioned as being among countries where money can be transferred.
