KIEV, Aug. 22 – If a referendum on the proclamation of the independence of Ukraine were held today, some 62.8% Ukrainians would vote for independence, according to a survey by the Sociological Service of the Razumkov Center.

This is the highest result in the history of similar polls, the Razumkov Center said.
