KIEV, Aug. 19 - Only four days after delivering its first set of proposals, Ukraine is working on new proposals to encourage Russia to lower its natural gas prices, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said Friday.

The comment is a sign that the set of proposals delivered by Energy Ministry Yuriy Boyko at talks with Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller in Moscow on Aug. 15 have been rejected.
