KIEV, Aug. 19 – The State Property Fund has said that signing an amicable agreement to settle the conflict over Zaporizhia aluminum mill ZALK is the best way to resolve the issue, according to SPF head Oleksandr Riabchenko.

"I think that it's better to sign agreements in this situation. If the company has a powerful owner, it is better to agree with him than remove him from the company and look for a new owner. There could be some unpleasant surprises," he said at a press conference in Kiev.
