KIEV, Aug. 18 – President Viktor Yanukovych was declared the most influential person in Ukraine for the second consecutive year in a Top-100 rating drawn up by Korrespondent magazine.

Regions Party faction member Yuriy Ivaniuschenko appeared on the Top 10 list for the first time.

A total of 26 people from the list are from the Regions Party.

The rating includes only four members of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko (BYT), whereas a year ago, their number was 11.
