MOSCOW, Aug. 17 - A Russian-Ukrainian conversion carrier rocket, Dnepr, launched from the Yasny launch base in the Orenburg Region on Wednesday, has put seven satellites into orbit, Alexander Serkin, the deputy general director of the international space company, Kosmotras, told Interfax-AVN.
"The American satellites AprizeSat-5 and AprizeSat-6, Italy's EduSat, Nigeria's NigeriaSat-X and NigeriaSat-2, Turkey's Rasat and Ukraine's Sich-2" have separated from the third stage," he said.
