KIEV, Aug. 15 – The Novosvit association (Vinnytsia) plans to construct a 140 kW solar power plant near a small hydropower plant in the Talne district of Cherkasy region, Novosvit Director General Serhiy Kulmatytsky said.

"A feasibility study has been drawn up, equipment has been selected, now the plant is being designed. We plan to launch it by December 2011," he said.
