ODESSA, Aug. 9 – Stalkanat-Silur (Odessa) is fighting an illegal seizure of the company, according to Volodymyr Nemyrovsky, the chairman of the company's supervisory board.

He was unable to say who was trying to seize the company, but said that they had involved law-enforcement bodies in the attempt.

Nemyrovsky said that the seizure started in May, when two police sub-units with orders issued by investigators on the opening of a criminal case against the use of a fabricated document at the company arrived at the office center of the company.
