KIEV, Aug. 1 – EnergoAtom has signed loan agreements worth $130 million with the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank).

Two loans - worth $50 million and $80 million - will be borrowed for 12 months from the day the loan agreements were signed, according to a posting on the Web site of the Economy and Trade Ministry.

The interest rate offered by Ukreximbank on both loans is 8% per annum. Thus, the cost of servicing the $50 million loan will be $4.056 million (including VAT), and $6.489 million (including VAT) for the $80 million loan.
