KIEV, Aug. 2 – France's Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer law firm will continue protecting Ukraine's interests at the Stockholm arbitration tribunal in 2011 in a dispute with Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (British Virgin Islands).
According to a posting on the Web site of the Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Ministry on the results of a tender with one bidder conducted by the Justice Ministry, a new agreement worth $662,500 was signed on July 26.
The term for the provision of legal services is until December 31, 2011.
According to an explanatory note on the conducting of a tender with one bidder, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has been representing Ukraine's interests in the case since 2008 and it is well acquainted with the facts of the case.
