KIEV, Aug. 1 – Parliament has said that Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn cannot sign a law on pension reform until the body considers a draft resolution proposing to cancel the law.
"Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn will not sign the law on pension reform so that it can be sent to the Ukrainian president until the issue with a draft resolution submitted by MPs Olha Bondar (the BYT-Batkivschyna faction) and Yuriy Karmazin (the Our Ukraine-People's Self Defense faction) is settled," a source in the parliament has told Interfax-Ukraine.
