KIEV, July 29 – The government is planning to develop a number of programs in the housing and utilities sectors worth $700 million aimed at attracting investors for their implementation, Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Utilities Minister Anatoliy Blyzniuk said.
"Today there are about 15 donor organizations providing grants and loans. The ministry is spending UAH 140 million in these spheres… We're working on projects worth $700 million for the next year. How many [projects] they [the donor organizations] select is another question, but we're preparing projects worth this sum," the minister said.
