KIEV, July 28 – The conclusion of intergovernmental agreements on visa-free travel between Ukraine and Argentina and Bosnia and Herzegovina does not mean that they automatically take effect, said Foreign Ministry spokesman, Oleksandr Dykusarov.
"On Wednesday the Cabinet of Ministers carried out state procedures in Ukraine on these agreements, and we expect that Argentina and Bosnia and Herzegovina will also fulfill their state procedures on the agreements. Only then, when the state procedures are over, can Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine exchange diplomatic notes on their completion, after which the agreements will take legal effect, and only then can Ukrainian citizens travel to these countries without visas," Dykusarov told Interfax-Ukraine.
