KIEV, July 25 - A lawsuit filed by U.S. company Universal Trading & Investment Co., Inc (UTICo) against United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU), which was earlier led by Yulia Tymoshenko, is another proof of fraud on the part of the ex-prime minister, the Party of Regions said.

"The UESU company did not operate on the Ukrainian market transparently, which means it did not pay taxes to the national budget, it moved assets and fixed assets to offshore zones. Likewise, the UESU company acted inappropriately with its foreign business partners," first deputy head of the parliamentary committee for law enforcement legislation Volodymyr Oliynyk (Regions Party faction) was quoted as saying on Monday by his party.
