KIEV, July 21 – The Prosecutor General's Office has documents confirming that Batkivschyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko spent nearly $1 million for her personal use and on bribery, acting Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin said.

"The Prosecutor General's Office has documents officially sent to us from the U.S. [Department of] Justice," he said on Thursday.

Kuzmin cited some excerpts from a lawsuit lodged by the United States against Lazarenko and his accomplices.
