KIEV, July 19 – Kyivvodokanal, jointly with open joint-stock company Kyivproject, has drawn up a draft program on the upgrade and development of water supply and sewage networks in Kiev by 2020, Kyivvodokanal reported on Monday.

The press service said that the draft would be submitted to Kiev City Council in early August. The chief utility economy department of Kiev City Administration ordered the program.
