KIEV, July 15 - The Antimonopoly Committee has allowed Canadian company 3P International Energy Corp to acquire PJSC Tisagaz (Uzhgorod district, Zakarpattia region), according to 3P's Web site.

The company also received a permit from Canadian stock exchange TSX Venture Exchange, where its shares are traded.

The company plans to complete a deal on the purchase of Tisagaz from CJSC Concern Nadra (Kiev) for $17 million in early August.
