BRUSSELS, July 12 - The next round of talks in September on the creation of a free trade area between Ukraine and the European Union will be a “serious stage,” Ukrainian negotiator said Wednesday.

Economy Minister Valeriy Piatnytsky said the parties agreed to move to September 19 from earlier date of September 26.

"I cannot say that [the next round of talks] will be completely final, but it will be a serious stage to sum up results," Piatnytsky said.
