KIEV, Aug. 26 - Land for construction under businesses will be allocated on a competitive basis only, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said at a government meeting.

The government has worked out a concept of legislative amendments to simplify the procedure and cut the term for allocation of land with commercial facilities.
