KIEV, June 25 – Ukraine's State Tax Service and ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih have signed a memorandum on participation in an experiment in the introduction of "horizontal monitoring" under which the company is to withdraw its claim against the tax authorities for UAH 900 million.
"As the first step to implement the clauses of this memorandum we state the readiness to withdraw a claim for the repayment of about UAH 900 million in delayed value-added tax refunds in cash through court," Director General Rinat Starkov said.
