KIEV, June 23 – The Ukrainian cabinet has approved a plan for the placement of shares in two electricity generating companies and nine electricity supplying companies to be sold in 2011, State Property Fund Chairman Oleksandr Riabchenko, told the press in Kiev on Wednesday.

"The decision is made on the 11 energy companies that are put up for sale," he said, not disclosing of the details.

Riabchenko added that before the announcements on the privatization of energy companies are published, the government is to approve the conditions of their privatization.
