KIEV, June 23 - Dnipropetrovsk-based Pivdenne design bureau state-run enterprise will take a state-secured $260 million loan to realize the Ukrainian-Brazilian Alcantara space center project.

According to cabinet resolution No. 659 of June 9 published on Wednesday, $83 million is raised to create the Cyclone-4 rocket carrier and $177 million to ensure Ukraine's participation in the creation of the space rocket complex.
