KIEV, June 21 – Construction of the Air Express railway line between Kiev and Boryspil airport will start in several weeks, said Vladyslav Kaskiv, the head of the state agency for management of national projects (Ukrnatsproject).

"The conditions, on which we had signed [the final agreement] is better than those framework positions we approved in September. The conditions of crediting have been improved. We've secured ourselves from corruption: the Chinese company is chief constructor and will hold all of the tenders," he said on the Fifth TV Channel.
