KIEV, June 14 – Ukrtelecom is to sell its mobile communications business, according to a decision its shareholders made at a meeting on Tuesday.

Funds from the sale of this business will be spent on the development of broadband Internet services.

The Ukrtelecom supervisory council will review the shareholders' decision to sell the mobile communications business, as well as create a separate legal entity to which to pass the business.
