KIEV, June 9 - Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on Thursday ordered the energy ministry to study Gazprom’s European natural gas supply contracts in order to prove that the Russian company has been overcharging Ukraine.

The order comes two days after Azarov, at talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Moscow, failed to persuade the Russians to reduce gas prices for Ukraine.
