MOSCOW, June 3 – Ukrainian suppliers have won a tender announced by Lebanon to buy 25,000 tons of wheat, in which Russia also participated for the first time after lifting a grain embargo, a source on the Russian grain market has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Ukraine offered grain at a lower price of $300 per ton under FOB terms. The price of Russian wheat was $313 per ton," he said.
The grain is to be delivered by July 5.
According to him, suppliers from the United States and Europe also took part in the tender.
