KIEV, May 27 - Kiev has lost the right to appoint one of the directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, confirms Andriy Honcharuk, presidential advisor and head of the presidential administration’s main department on international relations.
"Frankly speaking, the fact that Ukraine has lost the post of a director, according to my information, is not a good thing, as we don't have many positions there where we are represented by directors," he said on the Fifth TV Channel late on Wednesday.
