KIEV, May 26 – Ukraine has failed to achieve notable results in its fight against corruption, but it is taking positive steps in reforming the system of state management, according to an annual report by the European Commission on the implementation of the European Neighbourhood Policy in Ukraine.

"With regard to the fight against corruption, there were no positive changes in this issue in 2010," reads the report, the text of which was sent to Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
