LONDON, May 26 – Law companies expect that in the coming 12 months there will be from ten to 15 initial public offerings (IPOs) of issuers with assets in Ukraine, while investment bankers expect that their number will be from six to 20, according to a study conducted by Ernst&Young.
The head of the corporate financing department at Ernst&Young, Vladyslav Ostapenko, told Interfax-Ukraine that the study also showed that lawyers have more mandates to prepare IPOs compared to bankers.
