KIEV, May 23 – Parliament plans to amend laws preventing illegal seizures of companies, with a total of 246 out of 298 lawmakers registered for voting in the session hall supporting at first reading a bill of amendments to some Ukrainian laws.
The draft law proposes to settle the issues linked to the improvement of the creation of a liquidation commission and its operation, and the procedure for the liquidation of companies. It is proposed to amend the Code of Economic Procedure regarding the submission of an expert conclusion to the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market if economic courts require that such a conclusion is to be submitted.
