KIEV, May 23 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted Alcor & Co Ltd. (Moscow), which is developing the L'Etoile perfume chain, to acquire a stake in Nevioco Holdings Limited, which earlier obtained a permit to buy a controlling stake in Hexagone Ltd., a large distributor of Hexagone perfume, operating with the Brocard Ukrainian chain.

The committee's press service reported that the permit will give Alcor & Co over 50% of the votes in the governing body of Nevioco Holdings Ltd.

Brocard Ukraine, which is developing the Brocard perfume chain in Ukraine, has said it will not comment on the deal until it is finalized.
