KIEV, May 20 – Ukrcement, a privately owned company (Balakleya, Kharkiv region) plans to build a white cement plant with a production capacity of 340,000 tons per year in Milove, Kharkiv region, announced Oleh Gross, who is the owner of a 30% stake in the company.

"At present, a feasibility study on a project to build the white cement plant is at the final stage of agreement. One of the largest European banks has expressed its readiness to issue a loan of EUR 110 million to the company to realize the project after the feasibility study is agreed," Gross said.

He said that the construction of the plant will start in H2, 2011 and it will be finished in 2014.
