KIEV, May 19 – Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko threatened the former head of the National Joint Stock Company Nafogaz Ukrayiny, Oleh Dubyna, with dismissal if he refused to sign the gas contract with Russia's Gazprom in January 2009, a state prosecutor said.
Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin made the claim during a meeting of an ad hoc parliamentary commission to investigate the circumstances of signing the gas contracts between Naftogaz Ukrayiny and Gazprom during the premiership of Yulia Tymoshenko said.
