KIEV, May 16 - UMG United Mineral Group Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus), a subsidiary of CJSC System Capital Management (SCM, Donetsk), which was established to manage assets in the clay extracting sector, may soon gain control over Donkerampromsyrio (Donetsk region), whose largest stockholder is Italian company Marazzi.

According to the Antimonopoly Committee, the committee has permitted UMG to buy a stake of over 50% in Donkerampromsyrio.
